Rizuan has a Law degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the United Kingdom. He is a Barrister of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London, UK. A member of the Bar Council of England and Wales as well as Bangladesh, Rizuan has a very diverse work experience. After migrating to Canada, he has worked for Fortune 50 business organizations like Target Canada and Johnson & Johnson managing portfolios worth Billions of dollars. Rizuan is known within his community as a dedicated social worker and holds leadership positions in many non-profit organizations such as Organization for Toronto Intl. Mother Language Day Monument Inc, Youth Engagement Initiative, Toronto Theatre Plus.

Kash-shaf Ahmed graduated from YorkU in Economics. He started working in TD bank while in school and now works at the Bank of Montreal as an AML investigator. He has a passion for helping others and has been involved in various community initiatives specially involving the elderly and youth. Learning from his mother, who dedicated her whole life to social services in Bangladesh he wants to follow in her footsteps and help improve the lives of the less fortunate.

Krystyna is a veteran in hospitality business and a skillful organizer and coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Management and a Post Graduate Certificate in Hotel and Resort Management. In her professional life, she has been in leadership roles in large hotel chains such as Holiday Inn group and Hilton Garden Hotels. A passionate activist against social injustice and inequality, Krystyna has worked tirelessly to engage her personal network as well as leverage the networks of our key members to build a team of dedicated Mentors. Her passion to inspire people and engage them in helping others has yielded remarkable success to LEAD.

Raifah has a long record of youth organizing and social activism. She has been founder members of multiple youth organizations in Bangladeshi-Canadian community of Toronto. Being in leadership positions of multiple not-for-profit organizations from a very early age, Raifah has developed a natural skill of building bridges among people from diverse background as well as mastering effective communication skills. At LEAD, Raifah is responsible to maintain effective and efficient flow of information among the external as well as internal stakeholders.

Adity Das Gupta holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Saskatchewan. Adity has experience working in academia and non-profit and private sectors, and she is currently the Customer Engagement Manager at Re$earch Money, a Toronto based company reporting on Canada’s Science, Tech and Innovation ecosystem. Adity is passionate about community building and regularly hosted a community radio show and managed awareness building events. She has also published a number of academic articles in esteemed journals and loves to read in her free and not so free time.

Zubier Abdullah is a graduate from Ryerson University, having completed his Masters in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He is currently working as the Communications and Technical Manager for Research Money, a science tech and innovation policy based newsletter operating out of Toronto. His previous experience includes organizing two national level tech-events in Bangladesh- Digital Bangladesh 2015 and Bangladesh Internet Week. He is an accomplished writer and journalist and he believes that anything is possible as long as you believe in yourself.
